An ERP Built Around Each Client, Not the Other Way Round
Article by Rostislav Georgiev

Off-the-shelf ERPs make businesses change how they work. Together with Saytar, we’re building one that starts from how each company already works, with AI that reads invoices so nobody has to type them in.
Most growing companies reach the same point. Invoices arrive as PDFs and photos, someone types them into a spreadsheet or an old system, stock is counted by hand, and the real picture of the business lives in a few people’s heads. The usual answer is a big off-the-shelf ERP, followed by months of changing the way the company works to fit the software.
We think it should be the other way round.
One core, shaped around each client
Together with our partners at Saytar, we’re building an ERP that starts from how a company already works. Every installation shares the same proven core (invoicing, inventory and automations), and on top of it we design and build the modules that particular business needs. Two clients never get exactly the same product, but neither starts from zero.
The split is simple: PixelA® designs the product and the experience, and Saytar develops it.
AI that reads the invoices
The part clients notice first is invoice scanning. Instead of retyping supplier invoices, the team uploads a PDF or takes a photo. The AI reads the supplier, the line items, the amounts and the tax, fills in the entry, and a person checks it and confirms. Stock levels and records update from there.
It sounds like a small thing. In practice it removes hours of the most repetitive work in the week, and with it most of the typing mistakes.
Automation where it pays off
Once the data comes in cleanly, the rest follows: stock that updates itself, reminders that send themselves, and reports that are ready when someone asks for them. We automate the steps a team repeats every day, and leave people the decisions that need them.
Where we are
The first client is live, with the whole system built around their operations. Two more companies are close to starting, and we’re talking to two others. Every new client adds modules to the shared core, so the product gets stronger with each one.
It doesn’t have a name yet. We’ve been too busy building it.
If your team spends its days retyping invoices or chasing stock, book a demo and we’ll show you what it would look like around your business.
