Who we are (data controller)
PixelA EOOD, registered in Bulgaria: company details, registered address and contact email for data-protection requests.
What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), budget, service of interest and your message.
- Newsletter form: your email address.
- Both forms are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify (Netlify Forms), together with the page you sent them from and campaign parameters (UTM) if present.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy).
Why we use it and on what legal basis
Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer, sending the newsletter you subscribed to (consent), and keeping the website secure and working.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, form handling, email, booking), and where they are located, including any transfers outside the EU/EEA.
How long we keep it
Retention periods for enquiries, newsletter subscriptions and technical logs.
Your rights under the GDPR
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawing consent at any time, and the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
