Our team mates who took part in this project

Ozone.bg is one of Bulgaria's best-known online stores. Its IT Director and management team wanted a mobile app that could stand next to the best e-commerce products in the world while feeling made for Bulgarian shoppers. We designed the whole app experience from scratch, together with a new design system to carry it.

About

We were the only designers on the project. We started with a few written flow requirements and a handful of competitor examples, and turned them into a complete, high-fidelity app flow over about six months.

Beyond the screens, we were the main point of contact for the stakeholders, project managers and developers, keeping the design aligned with both business goals and technical limits.

The client

Ozone's IT Director and managers were closely involved and set a high bar: build the best Bulgarian e-commerce app, to global standards. Their input pushed us to design features that suit Bulgarian shoppers while keeping the experience polished and simple.

Challenge

The product page was the hardest part. It had to hold everything a shopper needs (images, details, reviews, similar products and related categories) without overwhelming anyone on a small screen.

Taking cues from the best marketplace product pages, we layered the information so people can go deeper when they want to, without losing sight of the product itself. Layout and spacing went through many rounds until the page felt light and easy to scan.

Result

A complete, user-friendly app flow and a design system built from the ground up, ready to grow with the product. The designs have been handed over to Ozone's development team.
