Artime helps companies book theatre and opera performances for employees, clients and corporate events. Starting from a few early concepts and a short list of business goals, we designed the full booking journey and a design system to support it.

About

We were the only designers on Artime and led every stage, from first ideas to final high-fidelity screens. The focus was simple: make booking a group performance clear and effortless for corporate clients.

We were also the link between stakeholders, project managers and developers, so business needs and technical constraints stayed in step.

The client

Artime offers a reservation system, flexible packages and a dashboard for managing events and tracking attendance. It brings companies closer to the arts, strengthens team and client relationships, and supports the local cultural scene.

Challenge

Group bookings for theatres and operas are complex, but the flow had to feel simple, even for a first-time user. Building a design system from scratch at the same time meant balancing consistency today with room to grow, in close collaboration with the development team.

Result

A user-friendly booking platform that makes it easy for companies to reserve performances, and a design system that keeps the product consistent and ready to scale.
