Who we are

PixelA EOOD (ЕИК/UIC 207610474), Bulgaria, is the controller of the data you send in this form. Contact: hello@pixela.agency.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone (if given), where you live, your right to work, your CV, the links you share, your availability, expected pay (if given), how you heard about us and your message.

Why, and on what basis

Only to assess your application and get in touch with you about this role: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you tick the optional box, we also keep it for future roles based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who sees it

Only the people at PixelA involved in hiring. The form and your CV are stored with Netlify (our website and form provider) and the notification reaches us through Google Workspace email. Both may process data in the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell it or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Up to 6 months after the hiring process for the role ends, then we delete it. With your consent for future roles, up to 12 months. If you join us, it becomes part of your employment or contractor file.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@pixela.agency. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), www.cpdp.bg. We don’t make automated decisions about candidates.
