AI tools don’t replace our process. They remove the boring parts of it. Here’s where they help a four-person studio, and where we still don’t trust them.

Where it helps
Scaffolding a new screen, turning an API response into typed models, writing the tedious half of a test suite, explaining an unfamiliar codebase: these used to take hours and now take minutes. It also helps designers prototype real, clickable flows instead of static mock-ups.
Where we stay careful
Every generated line is reviewed like a junior colleague’s pull request. We don’t paste client data or secrets into tools that aren’t approved for it, and architecture, security and accessibility decisions stay with the team.
What changes for clients
Mostly speed. We can show working software earlier, try two approaches instead of one, and keep the budget for the details users notice. The craft is the same. There’s just less waiting around it.
